In 2004 the church adopted Cell Church principles to help build community in and around the church. The Cell Church believes in a church that worships together. Small groups of people meet during the week to encourage and help each other, read God's word and seek to apply it in their lives. This complements the Sunday worship services and provides opportunities for closer relationships to grow.
The intention of these groups is to have an outward focus, empowering people to be greater witnesses for Christ in their lives. These groups are open to anyone to attend and participate in, and are a cornerstone of our church vision to make God known and welcome people into a life with him.
Rutland Road Church has a number of cell groups which meet at various times throughout the week:
These are study guides to accompany the sermon given in our all age worship service. They can be helpful for use in small groups.
